ST & DT Range of dosing systems

The ST and DT series of packaged units are a range of walk-in dosing systems. Incorporating either a single (ST) or double (DT) chemical storage tank, integral pipework and associated operational controls. These systems are manufactured in house, assembled and fully factory tested prior to delivery. Our customers’ requirements have been incorporated into the design together with our manufacturing expertise. The end result is a proven system that is operationally sound and has a long asset life. It has the added advantage that it could be moved from site to site as requirements change.

Our Role

Advanced Process is a specialist designer and builder of chemical dosing plants and has been bringing its advanced engineered solutions to the treatment of potable water, wastewater and industrial effluents for many years. We also serve related markets, with an unparalleled track record of completed projects specializing in septicity control for wastewater treatment and phosphate removal.

Chemical engineering

Advanced Process dosing solutions are capable not only of delivering a precise flow of chemicals over long and sustained operational periods, but the system design is engineered to store and handle a full range of chemicals. This capability spans not only different concentrations of chemicals, but also their differing corrosive effects, freezing points, viscosity, proneness to gassing and other variables.

Built to approved standards

All Advanced Process dosing systems – including tanks – are design-engineered, assembled and pre-tested at our dedicated manufacturing facility in Birmingham. Long before any equipment gets to site, it has been pre-commissioned within the controlled environment of a modern production plant. This makes site installation and final commissioning far quicker, safer and hassle-free.

Fully supported

Every Advanced Process chemical dosing system comes with an extended support and protection package. We can also offer a further package of servicing and maintenance throughout the life-time of the system. The level and type of this support can be tailored to your needs and ensures a safe and efficient dossing solution for years to come.
